Most Commonly Asked Question

I am pregnant can I still revive sound therapy.

Did you know that sound healing can be especially beneficial during pregnancy? Research suggests that it can promote relaxation and well-being for both you and your baby. However, to ensure a safe experience, we recommend staying at least 2 meters away from the instruments. This helps minimize any loud or strong vibrations that might reach your little one. Plus, for your comfort and safety, we won’t place any instruments directly on your body while you’re pregnant. Your well-being is our top priority!

I can’t do yoga or stretch, I’m the most inflexible person?

We've definitely heard that before! Being the least flexible person in the entire world is the best reason to try one of our class!

But really, don’t worry if you can't touch your toes or balance on one foot, flexibility will come with time. You don’t have to be flexible to try your first class.
